This is a great natural alternative
for the standard chocomousse you know.
We all know Chocomousse, but we also know it’s not good for us. As i’m a chocolate addict, i wanted to have my chocolate once in a while. So i came across a recipe made with Avocado, i added my own twist and i must say, it comes pretty close to the real chocomousse.
Though it’s a bit heavier on the stomach....Avocado is very good for the skin, so don’t feel guilty when you eat this :-)
This is completely VEGAN. I discovered that Vegan is not a bad thing, it’s actually better for the body. Why have we been raised with the idea we need meat every day? We don’t!
For anyone with a milk intolerance or simply is strict about "no eggs", then this is the recipe for you.
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of Flower honey
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
4 Tablespoons of RAW Cacao Powder
1 Teaspoon of Bourbon Vanilla Powder
Remove the pits of the Avocados and add the flesh to the blender, add the rest and simply blend till smooth. It’s so easy!
Take some nice glasses and fill. Refrigerate for some hours till nicely cool.
Decorate to own taste with Strawberries, Pecan nuts or anything you have in mind.
