The perfect Power Booster breakfast bowl
If you thought you could start the day full of power, well you can! This bowl is full of vitamins and energy boosters. This is a combination of a smoothie with homemade Granola with some fresh fruit on top and healthy fat nuts. I really did not have hungry till evening :-)

You can make this in any season, of course you can change fruit according to the season you are living in now. I thought Mango and blueberries are good for March.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SMOOTHIE
1 ripe Mango
1 Handful of frozen raspberries
1 Handful of fresh blueberries
1/2 cup of low fat yoghurt
1 glas of almond milk (250cl)
1 Tbsp of Acai berry powder (Superfood in Bio store)
2 cubes of frozen pineapple juice
* Mix it all in the Blender and poor in a bowl, keep the rest in another jar for a max of 3 days. Add 4 tablespoons of Granola on top, decorate with fresh sliced Mango, Blueberries, mixed nuts and coconut shavings. Or anything you have laying around. Strawberries, kiwi, banana, peach, orange etc.
