What’s in your FOOD?!



What is really in your food?





I would love to talk about what’s really in your food, cause not many people read the labels or think about the additives the food industry uses. Cause yes your product has an expire date which can last for months or years. What do they use to keep the food eatable that long? And i noticed that pies from bakery in large stores like Lidl, Carrefour, Delhaize, Aldi etc contain a lot of additives as well which are not good for your body.

My eyes went open when i saw a book coming online about food E-numbers. Yes, you know them. They are all over the packaging in small letters or sometimes they are mentioned with other names, so you don’t see it good with your eyes. I had so many problems lately with my skin, even without eating sugar. So it made me think what could cause that......it seems that sugar alternatives or not always a healthy option. 
Tagatesse (Tagatose) for example is completely chemical and does not do good for your body. It is NOT a natural sweetener!
But it’s not meant to be spoken about that, cause it sells so good and the food industry might loose money when this gets worldwide known.

Adding additives do not have to be bad, but i noticed when reading my labels lately with my little pocket book full of explanation about the E-numbers that many additives are poisons. Real poison! It scared me and now i take more time to go to the store to get my milk, butter and regular things that i don’t make myself.

Like yesterday i went looking for Granola, cause i don’t have time to make some this week. And read the labels......something looked suspicious and i looked it up in my book.
Do you know that Kellogs EXTRA Crunchy Muesli with fruit added "Sulphur dioxide" (Nr E220), which causes Asthma, Broncho spasm, Hypotension, Bronchitis and destroys vitamins A and B1 in food, animal mutagen! Do you know they sometimes add petroleum and or paraffin to your food?? This is simply horrible.

And that is only 1 of the examples. I saw that some food products have around 11 to 13 additives that are dangerous for your body. Some can cause swelling of tongue, insomnia, brittle nails, skin rashes, depression and CANCER. Yes i was shocked! This is only a small example below of a simple salad for your bread.




Why does the minister of health not doing anything about that? It should be forbidden to use these additives i think.

There are several APPS out there where you can download the dangers of additives included with the ones that are no threat to your body.
They are marked in green, orange and red. So it’s easy to see which ones are good or not.

ASPARTAME : VERY DANGEROUS!


According to researchers and physicians studying the adverse effects of aspartame, the following chronic illnesses can be triggered or worsened by ingesting of aspartame:

Aspartame is made up of three chemicals: aspartic acid, phenylalanine, and methanol. The book Prescription for Nutritional Healing, by James and Phyllis Balch lists aspartame under the category of "chemical poison." As you shall see, that is exactly what it is.
Aspartame in diet sodas, or aspartame in other liquid form are absorbed more quickly and have been shown to spike plasma levels of aspartic acid.
The exact mechanism of acute reactions to excess free glutamate and aspartate is currently being debated. As reported to the FDA, those reactions include:
Headaches/migrainesFatigue (blocks sufficient glucose entry into brain)Anxiety attacks

One common complaint of persons suffering from the effect of aspartame is memory loss. Ironically, in 1987, G.D. Searle, the manufacturer of aspartame, undertook a search for a drug to combat memory loss caused by excitatory amino acid damage. Blaylock is one of many scientists and physicians who are concerned about excitatory amino acid damage caused by ingestion of aspartame and MSG.
A few of the many experts who have spoken out against the damage being caused by aspartate and glutamate include Adrienne Samuels, Ph.D., an experimental psychologist specializing in research design. Another is Olney, a professor in the department of psychiatry, School of Medicine, Washington University, a neuroscientist and researcher, and one of the world's foremost authorities on excitotoxins. (He informed Searle in 1971 that aspartic acid caused holes in the brains of mice.)



LIST : 


HARMFUL dangerous emulsifiers E 102, E 110, E 120 and E 124these emulsifiers mostly found in vanilla pudding and ice cream ready.
Emulsifiers E 125, E 141, E 150, E 153, E 171, E 172, E 240, E 241 and E 477 are also harmful food additives which is best to avoid as much as possible as they represent a threat for the health.
Dangerous emulsifiers that destroy the internal organs:
  • E 220, E 221, E 222, E 223 and E 224 – cause intestinal diseases
  • E 338, E 339, E 340, E 341, E 361, E 463, E 465, E 446, E 450 and E 407 – mostly found in ice cream, disrupt the function of the digestive system
  • E 230, E 231, E 232 and E 233 – cause skin disorders
  • E 200 destroys vitamin B in the body
  • E 250, E 251 and E 252 – mostly found in sausage and all other meat products cause diseases of the blood vessels
  • E 320 and E 321 dramatically increase blood cholesterol
  • E 311 and E 312 – cause nervous disorders
  • possible cause of cancer infection is E 330 – the most represented in marinated mushrooms, melted cheese and bitter lemon.
In the list below are harmful emulsifiers found in jelly beans, stuffed chocolates, frozen vegetables with sauces, ready-made sauces, soft cheeses and meat products, that is which are very often or regularly consumed  can be 100% CAUSE FOR CANCER.

E 113, E 142, E 210, E 211, E 213, E 214, E 215, E 216, E 217 and E 239

E 123 and E 110 is already banned for use in US and Russia!
All emulsifiers which are not included in the list of harmful emulsifiers do not cause any health problems.Products containing them can often be consumed without fear of causing any disruption in the body.
These are the so called NOT HARMFUL emulsifiers – E 121, E 122, E 126, E 130, E 132, E 140, E 151, E 152, E 160, E 161, E 162, E 163, E 170, E 174, E 175, E 181, E 201, E 202, E 203, E 236, E 237, E 238, E 260, E 262, E 262, E 263, E 270, E 280, E 281, E 282, E 290, E 300, E 301, E 303, E 304, E 305, E 306, E 307, E 308, E 309, E 322, E 325, E 326, E 327, E 331, E 332, E 333, E 334, E 335 , E 336, E 337, E 382, E 400, E 401, E 402, E 403, E 404, E 405, E 406, E 408, E 410, E 411, E 413, E 414, E 420, E 421, E 422, E 440, E 450, E 471, E 472, E 473, E 474 and E 475.

So i hope you consider to think about this article, cause it might cause the problems (any problems) you have to be solved as soon as you be aware more natural additives. Or the best way is : Try to cook as much as possible at home. Make your own bread with a bread machine. Cook every day, Don’t snack unhealthy, go to the local farmer or to a real bakery and drink water.



It will make you so much healthier.....try and see for yourself.
